First off, I hope you all had a safe and happy Turkey day! Working in a retail setting doesn’t always allow for quality family time on holidays, especially at a 24-hr establishment. Most of the time, I end up working the day of, instead of the eve of a holiday, so it’s leftovers for me that night. This year, I actually got to spend time with family and eat Thanksgiving lunch with no rush, but still had to work for a few hours. Not a bad exchange if I do say so myself. However, the next day our pharmacy was open, and of course, some people were not so happy that they had to wait a whole extra day to receive their medications, but tough luck. I will say this, not as many people were upset as I thought, so good times were had. Well, I know this was a pretty lame post, but oh well, not a lot happened.
